Ever find it funny when someone comes up with an inventive new nickname for you at work? Ever had it done by the people you work for?

Either I'm getting to be famous at the Ministry, or I'm doing something wrong that I don't know about. Cos everyone's given me a new nickname. Aptly, they all call me either Los Angeles or LA for short. That's almost not weird. 0:



But then. Some of the soldiers are so intrigued by my strange nationality that they want to talk to me. And shake my hand and be nice to me.


What do I do? I'm not used to people being nice to me. :iconohshitplz:

Your shading looks really cool. ^_^ I do have a question about it: Do you use the tradional shading [as in pencil] or do you use a computer program like photoshop?

My shading is....decent, but it always loses it's 'shade' after a while and it's never smooth [Curses eraser marks >.>] Sooo...yeah, that's my question. ^_^;

And your artwork looks really cool too, by the way. Reminds me of professional anime artist's works. [No offense to anyone that is offended to that. 0_o]

I'm a traditional shader. Always have been and always will be. The only time I use Photoshop is to touch up any of those ahem, eraser marks you so proudly mentioned before. Or to darken up some weak areas. Or add color.


Or add watermarks. Or anything else that requires writing in a digital format. My handwriting could never be as accurate as that, hmph.

But. All the hard work is my own efforts. Pencils rule, and you know it. :c



....um, I don't think I'm at the standards of a professional artist yet. Yet. Can you tell what an occupation of mine is? :>
